Kellyville Home Renovation

Renovating this Kellyville home top to bottom, we delivered this client a luxury modern home they can enjoy for years to come. The brief of this project was to conduct a large internal renovation including changes to the laundry and kitchen, add WIR to the bedrooms and make the living area an open plan. The homeowners also wanted extensive renovations to the existing main bedroom, separate toilet and ensuite. In addition to this, they wanted to establish a new guest bedroom and ensuite.

Details of this home include a luxurious open-plan kitchen with a smokey mirror splashback and Caesarstone Fresh Concrete benches with waterfall ends provided by Kitchens by Emanuel. Louvre windows were introduced to maximise and sensor lighting in the renovated main bathroom and ensuite with a freestanding bath and floor-mounted bath spout, double bowl vanity and seated shower area. New stairwell glass and American oak timber balustrades were utilised for the existing custom staircase and void which was surrounded by a curved wall. To finish it off, new laminate flooring and carpet were installed throughout the home.
