Background
The vision of this project was to transform a Californian Bungalow into a modern, open-plan, family-friendly home. At the beginning of the project, there were three bedrooms, one lounge room and one bathroom. The owners were looking to increase the living space for their family, create a new master bedroom and ensuite, a new kitchen, laundry and a much-needed garage.
Solution
During the next five to six months, the home was completely transformed! The home extension at the back of the house created a modern, homely and spacious open plan living area that flows seamlessly into the outdoor area through two stacking doors. The open and modern kitchen is now the centrepiece of the home and is stunning in its design with plenty of functionality, bench space and a wonderful walk-in pantry. The new master suite has also created a much needed extra bedroom and bathroom. The clients were thrilled with this transformation and have created the lifestyle they have dreamt of!
