Castle Hill Outdoor Area

This existing client came to us wanting a modern outdoor alfresco to take advantage of the fantastic bushland views behind their property. The goal was to build an alfresco that complemented the second-story addition our team had built a few years prior.

Removing and replacing the existing deck, we established a modern outdoor space with an architecturally designed roof consisting of high ceilings, glass balustrades to monopolise the bush views and stunning large sandstone tiles across the alfresco. We intentionally used the same tiles used in the upstairs balconies, the same roof design and matching brickwork to create a seamless blend.

Completing the space, we installed a functional Webber BBQ outdoor kitchen that would be perfect for entertaining. To bring the whole backyard together, we connected the new alfresco with the pool area below by creating a smooth transition between the two areas. Our team created a pathway using the same sandstone tiles downwards, with wide steps to cater to the sloping lot.
