How long does a complete home renovation take? +
The timeframe depends on the size, complexity and approval requirements of your project. Once the design and scope are developed, we provide a clear project programme so you understand the expected stages before construction begins.
Can I live in my home during the renovation? +
It depends on the scope of work and which areas of the home are affected. For larger renovations, temporarily moving out may make the process more comfortable. We discuss the practical options with you during planning.
Do I need council approval for a complete home renovation? +
Some renovations can proceed under complying development, while others require a Development Application or other approvals. We review the requirements for your property and manage the relevant approval process as part of our design and build service.
How much does a complete home renovation cost? +
Every renovation is different. Cost is influenced by the size of the home, structural changes, materials, finishes and the complexity of the design. We discuss budget early and use it to help guide design decisions, scope and priorities. Once the project is developed, we prepare a detailed estimate based on the actual work rather than a generic square-metre figure.
