Project Introduction

This renovation was all about opening up the home and giving it a fresh, modern feel that works for everyday life. One of the standout features is the large bifold doors that now open up to a brand-new outdoor area—ideal for entertaining, relaxing, or just enjoying some sunshine.

Inside, we added a stylish new kitchen with a walk-in pantry, along with updated flooring throughout the home. The layout was reworked to improve flow and really make the most of the indoor-outdoor connection, helping the whole space feel bigger, brighter, and more open.

The bathroom and laundry were also renovated, with modern finishes and smart, practical upgrades that make daily routines easier and more enjoyable.

The result is a clean, contemporary home with great functionality, natural light, and seamless indoor-outdoor living—perfect for how this family lives now.
