Project Introduction

This stunning renovation involved converting the house from a single dwelling home to a dual occupancy with a fully self-contained flat. New cedar timber doors and windows were installed throughout the house which was enhanced by the rendered exterior and a stunning surrounding porch around the home.

Travertine tiled floors were laid inside and out and created a seamless flow to the outside. The travertine was continued on the fireplace which was laid in a French pattern. The owners of this property were thrilled with the finished product and the difference it made to their lifestyle.
