Lane Cove Home Extension

Project Introduction

The original house was a double brick, semi-detached home located in Lane Cove. The owners were looking to increase usable space and renovate the living areas for their family.

The project involved adding a second storey to create two extra bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs, and completely renovating the downstairs area to create an open plan living and dining area that leads onto an entertaining area. The addition of the carport at the front of the house is sympathetic to the house and the area and blends seamlessly with the project. It was built with a matching roof pitch and design to ensure this.

This property was transformed from a rundown terrace to a modern, functional family home. The owners were thrilled with the end result.
