North Rocks Home Renovation

The brief of this North Rocks home was to update and modernise this beautiful property to take advantage of its bushland views. Making changes inside and out, we highlighted the bushy location by renovating the outdoor entertaining area and improved their day-to-day lifestyle by modernising the home and making it more open.

To enhance the outdoor area and make the most of the scenery, we replaced the decking and awning roof, including a privacy screen to provide additional privacy. Bringing hints of the bushland inside, we installed new Western red cedar doors to create a cohesive theme that continues in from the outside.

On the inside, we opened up the living, dining and kitchen by removing an internal wall to establish an open-plan layout. The kitchen was given a complete makeover with a stunning design from Kitchens by Emanuel, including features such as a splashback window, Caesarstone Snow benchtop and splashback and island bench in Caesarstone Excava. We also renovated the upstairs bathroom and installed new floating floors throughout.
