Construction Manager
With over 11 years of experience as a carpenter, Michael brings deep industry knowledge and hands-on expertise to his role. He joined SBS more than four years ago as a leading hand carpenter, quickly earning a reputation for his strong leadership and project management skills. Passionate about problem-solving and delivering high-quality results, Michael now leads our construction team as Construction Manager, ensuring every project runs smoothly from start to finish.

With over 20 years of experience across multiple sectors of the construction industry, Tina brings a diverse and well-rounded perspective to every project. She holds a Diploma in Architectural Technology and a Bachelor of Architecture, and is continually expanding her knowledge and skills. Tina expertly manages the entire design process—from initial sales meetings and concept drawings to full construction documentation and council approvals. Her attention to detail and problem-solving skills, especially on challenging sites, make her an invaluable asset to the SBS team.
