Six stages, one experienced team
Every project begins with understanding how you live, what you need from your home and what you want to create. From there, we guide you through design, planning, approvals, estimating, construction and handover. Having the same team involved throughout means decisions stay connected, communication stays clear and your project can be considered as a whole rather than as a series of separate stages.
Stage 01
Concept Design
Designing around the way you live
We start by exploring your ideas, your existing home and what you want your project to achieve.
Our in-house designer develops custom concept designs around your lifestyle, property and budget. We carefully consider layout, flow, natural light, functionality and future needs to create a design that feels right for your family. Budget is part of the conversation from the beginning, with early cost guidance helping us shape a design and scope that aligns with what you are comfortable investing.
Already have plans? We can review your existing drawings and work with you from wherever the project is up to, including estimating, any remaining approvals and construction.
Stage 02
Design Refinement & Detailed Costing
Developing the detail and understanding the cost
Once the initial concept is developed, we refine the design and project scope in greater detail.
From there, we prepare a detailed estimate based on the scope of your project, giving you a clearer understanding of the costs involved.
We take the time to understand the materials, finishes and details that matter to you, so you have a clear picture of the project before construction begins. We also review site conditions, planning requirements and any other considerations that may influence the design, timing or budget.
Stage 03
Approvals
Approvals managed for you
Once the design has been finalised, we manage the approval process for you. We coordinate the relevant consultants, prepare the required information and work through the approval process so you don’t have to navigate it alone.
Depending on your project, this may include a Development Application, Complying Development Certificate, Construction Certificate and any supporting documentation.

Construction
Our experienced team brings your project to life
Once approvals are in place, construction can begin.
Our experienced building team brings the design to life with a strong focus on quality workmanship, careful project management and clear communication. You’ll have a dedicated point of contact, regular updates and weekly meetings throughout the build, so you know exactly how your project is progressing and what comes next.
Stage 05
Compliance
Certification and inspection
We maintain a strong focus on quality throughout every stage of construction, not just at the final inspection.
We coordinate the required inspections and certification and make sure the completed work meets all the relevant standards, approvals and our own high expectations for workmanship.
Stage 06
Handover
A home ready to enjoy
Before handover, we complete final inspections and attend to all finishing details before completing a builders clean, so your new space is ready for you and your family to enjoy.
We walk you through the completed project, provide the relevant documentation and remain available for any questions after completion.
