Project Introduction

A design and build project, our team oversaw this Rouse Hill job from drawings to completion. An extensive project, it included a new second storey addition with a brief renovation to the existing downstairs level.

Covering 91m2, the new second storey addition transformed the home entirely. The new floor added a master suite with a WIR and ensuite, a new main bathroom with a separate WC, two new kid’s bedrooms with robes and a rumpus room. Colourbond was used for the new roof.

To modernise the downstairs, Di Lorenzo Designer Flooring provided new floating floors — Hydromax WPC Flooring in Midtown — in the main living areas. A new timber staircase was added, complete with understairs storage and floating floors from the downstairs living. We also replaced the internal doors, skirting and architraves to freshen them up.

We delivered plenty of room for the family to expand and grow into!
