For a second story addition, the average time varies between 3-4 months but can take up to 12 months to complete. However, every project is different and the time frame will depend on the size and design of the project. We can provide a more accurate time frame once plans have been drawn.

Please note that the homeowner is responsible only for insuring their existing structure and personal contents.
