St Ives Home Renovation

Our team managed this project from concept to completion, including the design, council approvals and completing all building works. We transformed this home entirely through a complete internal renovation of both the upstairs and downstairs levels. Upstairs, we renovated a bathroom and ensuite while updating all bedrooms and adding new skirting, architraves, and lighting. Meanwhile, we adjusted the floorplan downstairs to feature an open plan kitchen, family and dining room.

The new kitchen featured a modern black and white colour palette, created with matte black polyurethane cabinets and sleek Caesarstone concrete benchtops. We also introduced a new home office and renovated the bathroom and laundry, going for a clean look in the laundry by adding new Euro cabinets in Polytec Grey cement to hide the laundry appliances.

Connecting the two levels of the home, we also established a new staircase to reflect the new clean aesthetic, installing new stairs with glass balustrades.

Outside, the home was given a complete facelift, with new windows, painting, a new front door and new front posts.
