West Pennant Hills

This home is completely unrecognisable. Taking this West Pennant Hills home and renovating it entirely, we extended and altered the original structure, converting the initial dated build into a contemporary home full of space.

Renovating the ground floor entirely, the home underwent extensive changes to deliver the owners an open plan. This included an open-plan living area leading into an airy kitchen with a butler’s pantry and new laundry. Highlights of this inviting renovation include triple bank skylights on the vaulted ceilings to drench the home with light, the show stopping stone fireplace and beautiful Spotted Gum floors.

At the rear, we extended the home with a rumpus room featuring bifold doors that guide you to an open deck. The perfect entertaining space, this deck overlooks the new pool area and includes exterior blinds and an outdoor fan.

To the front of the house, we created an additional bedroom with an ensuite. Introducing a second story, we established some well-needed space for this family to grow. The new level includes a master suite, WIR and ensuite with another two bedrooms and a main bathroom.
A new driveway and front porch were added to enhance the home’s street appeal. We also extended the original garage, widening it to a 2-car garage with internal access to the house.
