West Pennant Hills Renovation

Project Introduction

This West Pennant Hills home underwent a massive transformation, combining a stylish extension and second storey addition. The project included a complete overhaul, adding space and modern amenities to suit the needs of a growing family.

We extended the home with a second level addition, creating two new bedrooms for the teens—each with its own walk-in closet and customised bathrooms. The bedrooms were thoughtfully designed to reflect personalities, ensuring comfort and style. Upstairs, we also added a teen retreat lounge area, perfect for relaxing or studying.

We made sure to design all the office and study areas to suit the needs of each space. For the work office area, we even integrated a wine shelf with stunning dark wood as accent for the room. Throughout the common areas in the house, we used a wood flooring to bring out warmth and contrast from the white walls.

The kitchen was completely renovated to include modern finishes and functionality, complemented by a beautiful indoor-outdoor flow with stacker window view. We used black fixtures within the kitchen to create a nice contrast from the white counters and cabinets. The new lounge area features bifold doors that open up to a spacious deck, seamlessly connecting indoor living with outdoor entertaining. The deck also includes a fully equipped outdoor kitchen, perfect for hosting family and friends.

The laundry was given a fresh new look, making it a practical and stylish space for the family. Additionally, each bathroom was fully customised with high-end finishes to reflect the unique needs of the family members, ensuring both luxury and functionality.
