Project Introduction

This beautiful home underwent an extensive renovation, which involved removing all walls, replacing the entire tiled roof with a new colourbond roof and relocating the kitchen and bathrooms. This stunning renovation and extension resulted in an open-plan living area that seamlessly connects to the light filled outdoor entertaining space, offering picturesque views of a brand new pool and bushland. The impressive kitchen leads to a spacious walk-in pantry with ample storage and brand new flooring was installed throughout the entire home.

Modern Features of this stunning renovation included curved shower screens, black fixtures in the stunning bathrooms, timber feature wall, a large modern front door, barn doors and a servery window to the outside. We also integrated a practical mudroom, perfect for the family’s everyday storage needs. Additionally, a lovely living room was created with a fireplace for cosy winter nights. To prioritise safety, considering the house’s location in a flame zone area, we utilised specially rated materials and installed fire shutters.
