Winston Hills Extension

Project Introduction

Overseeing this job from drawings to completion, this Winston Hills job was a design and build project our team completed. It involved extensively renovating the downstairs level while extending the existing second storey.

Extending the second floor by another 92m2, we established and expanded this initial build to be better suited for the family. We introduced three new bedrooms, two bathrooms, a rumpus and a brand-new staircase.

Downstairs, we gave the entire first floor a complete renovation. This includes adding a new mud room, renovating the powder room, laundry, kitchen and living and dining room. Creating an open floor plan, the kitchen now open ups to the existing alfresco area. We used Benon Classic Pureplank Grade Matt lacquered flooring from Havwoods International.

The kitchen includes polyurethane cabinets and a Caesarstone Snow benchtop. Highlights include an island bench with a stunning waterfall end and a window splashback. We utilised Laminex satin finish cabinets and Caesarstone benchtops with tile splashback in the laundry.
